i've been living in rotterdam for the past 4 years and my parents & friends are coming to visit me from time to time. I can really say that this hotel is THE BEST in whole city. The people are the most amazing, helpful and problem-solver hoteliers i've ever seen. They are all about customer satisfaction, they even opened up the bar to serve us some tea when we were cold at night. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Best price-service combo in whole city!!!

the hotel is smack in the city centre, only a 20-minute walk from the central station, close to markthal and the cube houses. Shops are not far away. Room was clean, shower was surpisingly big compared to some other hotel rooms I stayed in. A lot of restaurants nearby. I loved the fact that you could choose to not have your room cleaned when staying multiple nights!

Location, location, location!!! Loved the location, everything you want to see is within walking distance. Easy to find hotel in downtown area. There was a parking garage right next door that was secure and affordable. Guests can request a kettle and coffee for the room when you check in.
